This space offers 3 bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms making it perfect for a small OR large family/friends group. (Sleeps up to 8). The cottage comes with comfortable beds, a well equipped kitchen, large dining room, a family room with a gas fireplace, a Roku TV, Wi-Fi and free parking. (Parking at Belle Vue Cottage allows for up to 3 cars and/or could accommodate a moderate size boat). If you tire from exploring all of the above, cozy up on the private backyard deck with a good book, cup of coffee/tea or a beverage of your choice.The deck has a gas BBQ and an incredible view of the Lake Okanagan as well as a view of a vineyard; not to mention the unobstructed sunrises and sunsets which are AMAZING! 2 Heated Pools/ 3 Hot tubs:  Pool/Hot tub/Beach towels exclusively provided to cottage guests. Hot tubs open weekends in the winter. Pools open May long weekend. On site catering and private Chef at the cottage available. Weekend entertainment/events available at Resort. (See calendar in pics or ask Host for more details). ATV, mountain biking/ snowmobiling and sledding on site: 85 000 acres of designated riding trails areas and features 350 km's of trails. The environmentally sustainable world class trail system is safe, easy to navigate, well maintained and enjoyable for all levels of riders from Peewee to expert. Trail day passes available at the Cantina/Market. 

Spring, summer and fall activities include but are not limited to fruit picking in the Okanagan, many wine tours (pick up and drop off at cottage available upon request), seasonal pontoon rides on the lake, quad rides in the outback and so much more. 

The greatest part is that the cottage is close to the  ENTERTAINMENT, POOL, HOT TUBS, mini-golf, tennis, pickle ball, beach volleyball, kids park, hiking, restaurant and the resort store where you can get yourself ice cream, bevies, take out, snacks or other items for your vacation. Summer BEACH activities include a Wibit & water trampolines (until September long weekend) and kayaking on the lake! Golf, fishing, jet skies, boating, pontoon rides, ATV, e-bikes, hiking trails, wine tours, waterfalls and winter skiing are plenty and available to guests. (Please inquire for more details).

Once you turn into La Casa Resort, turn left. Before large gates look to the left and you will see an keyless access pad near building. Once gate code provided is entered (please be slow and press hard when inputting the code), drive though and go left. Belle Vue Cottage is the second one on the left side. It is a mountain sage green colour and has a black sign that says "Belle Ve Cottage". Now you can relax. You made it!!!
